Lapider are a firm of Chartered Architects and is registered with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). Lapider provides the following Architectural services.

Design

Lapider works closely with our clients to produce designs that are tailor made to clients’ needs. We understand that clients’ wishes are paramount and do not try to force our ideas upon them. We work with clients to achieve designs that meet their needs, are cost effective and functional.

We use a mix of traditional hand-produced drawings and Computer Aided Design (CAD) packages to produce drawings and plans and are able to prepare schemes from inception to final design.

We produce the following:

Schematic layouts ~ proposing alternative layout plans and suggestions.
3D Virtual Imaging ~ to aid visualization of the final project at design stage.
Final Design Layout ~ used for planning and cost estimating purposes.

Technical Drawings/CAD

We can produce drawings and documentation to meet statutory consents and can apply on your behalf for statutory approvals

Conservation / Listed Buildings

Lapider specialise in conservation and works to listed buildings.

Residential / Commercial

Lapider undertakes both residential and commercial projects.
