Lapider are a firm of Chartered Architects and is registered with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).

Design
Lapider works closely with our clients to produce designs that are tailor made to clients’ needs. We understand that clients’ wishes are paramount and do not try to force our ideas upon them. We work with clients to achieve designs that meet their needs, are cost effective and functional.
Technical Drawings/CAD
We can produce drawings and documentation to meet statutory consents and can apply on your behalf for statutory approvals
Including:
- Planning approval.
- Listed Building Consent.
- Building Regulations approval.
(Please note that whilst every effort is made to ensure that the planning application is acceptable, the final decision rests with the local authority).
We are able to produce technical drawings that comply with current building regulations and can be used for tendering and construction.
We work closely with other specialist consultants such as –
- Structural engineers;
- Acoustic engineers;
- Quantity Surveyors
- Mechanical and Electrical engineers;
- to ensure that technical drawings comply with current building regulation requirements.
Conservation / Listed Buildings
Lapider specialise in conservation and works to listed buildings.
