Lapider were appointed to convert the former chapel at Pontyclun into offices and retail space.


Lapider had to obtain planning permission to construct two new dwelling houses to the rear of the chapel. The houses had to sit within an existing terrace street scene and comply with modern design requirements.

The chapel was converted to provide two separate retail units on the ground floor and a large open plan office area on the first floor with a conference room located in the roof trusses.

The semi-detached houses provide 3 bedrooms with off street parking area and self-contained rear garden.
