Mike Newton
Director
Michael Newton is a Director of Lapider, a Chartered Building Surveyor, Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 1992 and has a Master’s in Business Administration M.B.A. Having undertaken Expert Witness Training, Michael achieved the Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Training (APAEWE). Michael has worked for both the public and private sectors in South Wales over the last 40 years and has gained diverse construction experience.
Adrian Gardner
Senior Surveyor
Adrian is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2004. Prior to joining Lapider, Adrian ran his own Building Surveying Practice and has worked for some of the UK’s leading National Property Advisors and National Park Authorities.
Scott Jones
Architectural Technologist
Scott joined Lapider in 2007 as an Architectural Technologist and produces CAD technical drawings. Prior to joining Lapider, Scott worked for several large architectural practices across Wales and the South West.
Marianne Halstead
Business Manager
Marianne joined Lapider in 2017 as Business Manager and is responsible for the management of the business, strategy and finance. Marianne has over 20 years of experience in management and finance within the Financial Services sector.
