Lapider surveyed derelict farm buildings, in Llangynidr which were being converted into small studio units. The survey was to inform the planning process to highlight the condition of the buildings and identify the architectural features that needed to be retained.

Building survey of Penarth Pavilion. Lapider were appointed by PACAL (Penarth Arts and Crafts Ltd) to carry out a measured survey of Penarth Pier to inform the renovation works. Lapider measured the Pier and produced the existing drawings which were used by the Architects who designed the refurbishment works for the pier.
Lapider carried out an inspection of the site and retaining walls at a former colliery Neath on behalf of Kier. The colliery buildings were no longer used and the site had been closed. Lapider had to enter the colliery site to inspect retaining walls near a railway line. An impressive relic of a bygone era.
Lapider were appointed to design and project manage the conversion of the former Cardiff Saab garage for Maserati. Maserati produce a detailed specification for the standard of fit out of the showrooms which had to be met on site.
