Lapider carried out an inspection of the site and retaining walls at a former colliery Neath on behalf of Kier.

The colliery buildings were no longer used and the site had been closed. Lapider had to enter the colliery site to inspect retaining walls near a railway line. An impressive relic of a bygone era.
