Lapider were appointed as Listed Building Consultants to design and apply for planning and listed building consent to alter a refurbish a Grade 2 farm house and out buildings in Aberdare.

The building had not been lived in form many years, however, the farmstead still retained many of the original Victorian layout and features.

The client, who are the 4th generation of farmers, were keen to restore the buildings to provide a working farm with potential to gain income from diversification.
