Lapider carried out a listed building survey of Great House, Llanblethian a Grade 2* property to inform potential purchasers.

Once purchased, Lapider were appointed to design and project manage the listed building refurbishment and alteration works to Great House. Which includes a new Welsh Slate roof, external repairs and decorations and forming a new door opening to the garden.
