Lapider were appointed by Cooke and Arkwright to inspect and survey a Victorian property, in Marine Parade, Penarth to determine the extent and estimated cost of necessary repairs to inform the owners.

The property had been the former family home and had been converted into six flats.

The survey was required to inform the owners on the best options for repair.
