Lapider carried out an inspection of glazed curtain wall and the roof at the Passport Office, Nexus House, Newport which is owned by Welsh Government.

The Passport Office, Nexus House, Newport is owned by Welsh Government and has recently been constructed. Following an ongoing problem with water ingress through the roof, Lapider were appointed to carry out an inspection of glazed curtain wall and the roof to try to determine how and where water was penetrating the building. It was found that previous repairs to seal the glazed curtain walling had damaged the roof.
