Lapider were appointed to design and project managed the refurbishment and conversion of a Victorian property in Penarth.

The property had been converted in to two separate flats in the 1930’s and the client brief was to convert the property back into a family dwelling house.

A large vaulted rear extension was constructed which included full length roof lights and a glazed panel on the stairwell which allows natural light into the middle of the property.
