Lapider was appointed to project manage the refurbishment and modernisation of Worcester Cottage, Llangynidr.

The Cottage in Llangynidr is the former hunting lodge of the Duke of Beaufort’s on the banks of the river Usk. The cottage is used as a family bolt hole and was last renovated in the 1930’s. It required modernisation and upgrade to meet the demands of modern family life including adding bathrooms and providing a large modern kitchen living area.

The refurbishment took 9 months to complete and the construction works were carried out by MacCormac Construction ltd. Abergavenny.
